It’s no surprise that customers who want to keep their businesses and homes secure, turn to Laidlaw Security Systems. It is an integrated security structures provider with a reputation for innovation and is trusted by architects and contractors.

It’s also a proud partner of AES Global Ltd, providing customers with some of the world’s best wireless door entry system products. Together, they are the ideal combination.

AES is a multi-award-winning and respected manufacturer of access control systems that prides itself on achieving high levels of attention to detail – from utilising the very latest technology to designing products that look good, too.

Stuart Griffiths, Laidlaw Security Systems’ UK Sales Director, said: “AES fits the bill when it comes to achieving what we are looking for in wireless door entry systems. Its range has been designed with functionality and beauty in mind and it has produced an elegant and stylish range of intercom panels that are strong enough for domestic and industrial applications. We’ve worked with the company for a long time and have always been impressed with its innovations, technological expertise and ability to keep ahead of the demands of customers.”

Laidlaw Security Systems offers a range of AES products, including the DECT 603 kit: the world’s only DECT technology gate intercom, which has an expected range of 200m and great reliability. Customers can choose the AES Prime GSM intercom, which comes with a free home user app. This enables users to add keypad codes to their gate keypad, set open and close times – all from an app. AES is the only global manufacturer to provide this innovative functionality in a smartphone app.

Laidlaw also supplies the DECT 605 Wireless Video Intercom for gates and other external entrances, and Predator Wi-Fi system, which enables users to speak to and see visitors to their premises on a smartphone. The antenna connects to the entry panel wirelessly to the Wi-Fi hub.

Paul Creighton MD and owner of AES Global Ltd, said: “We manufacture a wider range of wireless door entry system products than any other manufacturer on the planet, so we know a thing or two about wireless. The AES range, especially the architectural panels, is a natural fit for Laidlaw, which is a forward-thinking company, innovative and cutting edge. It also understands the importance of beautiful design with its architectural ironmongery range.

“AES is excited to be working alongside Laidlaw. With its expertise and network of specifiers and architectural clients, Laidlaw is well positioned to bring AES solutions to the sophisticated area of the market.”
