Sales Estimator

We are looking for an Estimator to join our Sheffield office to accurately and commercially produce production schedules against customer orders, liaising directly with customers and suppliers to ensure production schedules are cleared to manufacture timely to meet with committed delivery lead times.  Order inputting and taking calls from Customers for prices for in and out orders as well as trade counter. The successful candidate should have customer experience at the heart of their DNA and be ambitious, passionate and keen to develop with the business.  Experience of Doorsets, Access Control as well as Handrail and Balustrades would be advantageous although not essential as would holding GAI Dip.

The role requires an individual who has the customers’ requirements at heart at all times. You will manage Project Ironmongery orders through the business in a timely manner to ensure customer deadlines and expectations are exceeded at all times. You will be pro-active in the role maintaining consistent contact with key customer contacts, building trust and relationships throughout the contract supply period with a view to becoming the Customers No. 1 “go-to” person for all requirements both current and for future contracts.
